Is it Saturday yet?

Yes it is! This week passed by rather quickly. I'm sitting here burried under currently 21 books just for the thesis, a bounch of papers for gender class. A long to do-list remindes me going on holidays is not just leisure. :D
Monday and Tuesday I was having appointments with my thesis supervisors. Wednesday I spent in libraries. Thursday I was at university, helping to fill 1000 envelopes for a survey.

Friday... yesterday... I was at an exhibition about evolution in Linz. Really nice. The most interesting thing was the mitochrondial DNA (mtDNA) test. Since mtDNA doesn't change a lot and is inherited 1:1 from mothers to the kids you can track back the so called "mitochrondial Eve", the most recent maternal ancestor. In the next few weeks I'll know the haplotype. More to come if my results are there...
