Easter at Groningen

Yesterday we had an Easter breakfast in the morning. Then we went to Hoornse Meer by bike which is at the South of Groningen. Keep in mind that "meer" is Dutch for "lake" while "Zee" means "sea". It is confusing for German speakers because "Meer" = "sea" and "See" = "lake".

In the evening we made international dinner. At the dormitory that means, everyone is cooking something. I chose to make Frittatensuppe, there's no english word for it, I use to call it "pancake soup". The pancakes are made of flour, milk, water, salt and eggs. I found a recipe here.

Later at night we watched together the film "Yellow submarine" at the room of an Italian student.

Today... not much plans. Had the usual eggy breakfast. Pizza for lunch. For dinner we'll visit the Pannekoekship.
